When choosing the best commercial dog food, what do you need to know? What are those ingredients really? Can you go by the brand, description or pictures on the bag?
After months of digging, book reading and searching places like the FDA, class action suits against dog food companies - added to the 40+ years paying attention to my own dogs and their health challenges I present to you a course you will find no where else.
What about recalls? How does something toxic get into dog food? Would it shock you to know that sometimes a protein source added is a non food source that's toxic? What's worse, it's likely that someone knew about it so who do you trust?
It's time to learn so you can trust YOU. Your dog does. Your dog trusts you with his health and his very life. Time to live up to it. I read something the other day that made me grin:
Reading can seriously damage your ignorance
In this case, there's an audio version as well. Anyway, I understand it's easy to just trust but that doesn't make it smart. You know, just trust that those who recommend certain dog foods know what they're talking about. Just trust your dog is getting all his nutritional needs met. Just trust that the pictures of that lovely whole chicken or that yummy looking steak or those whole eggs are really in that little brown kibble. And just trust that the dog food manufacturer cares more about your dog's health and well being than making a profit.
Let's get real.
But to give you the best I can give, my course Choosing the Best Commercial Dog Food also has a downloadable audio version you can listen to wherever you go. For best results, do some of both! In fact I can read to you while you look at the pictures. Easy peasy. Are you in?
